A Registered Nurse who helps older adults navigate technology with the same patience she brought to years of clinical care.
I help older adults in Anne Arundel County who feel overwhelmed by their phone, tablet, TV, or WiFi — and the family members who love them and don't have the time or patience to teach it themselves. I also partner with assisted living, independent living, and 55+ communities as a private-pay tech resource for residents and staff.
Most tech help comes from "the guy who knows computers." I'm not that. I'm a Registered Nurse and clinical educator who spent years teaching adults new skills, manage overwhelming information, and supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments — seniors, stroke survivors, and their families. I didn't study computer science, and I learned technology the same way my clients do: one step at a time. That combination — clinical patience plus hands-on tech help — is what makes sessions feel calm instead of rushed, and safe instead of condescending.
As a Registered Nurse, clinical educator, and behavior‑change coach, Michele spent years helping adults learn new skills, manage overwhelm, and regain independence. She supported seniors, stroke survivors, and families through some of their most vulnerable moments. She taught with patience, listened with empathy, and guided with calm confidence.
So when she began helping older adults with their everyday tech frustrations — streaming services, iPhones, passwords, WiFi, online banking — something clicked. Seniors weren’t looking for a “tech guy.” They were looking for someone who understood them. Someone who didn’t rush. Someone who didn’t judge. Someone who could teach in a way that felt safe. That's where Michele steps in.
To empower older adults with confidence, clarity, and connection by providing patient, personalized technology support rooted in compassion, respect, and trust. I help seniors navigate the digital world at their own pace, restoring independence, strengthening communication with loved ones, and making everyday technology feel simple, accessible, and safe.
